How do I create an account on this site?

Very simple. Just click on the tab on the upper right hand corner of the screen seen on every page of the site. A menu will appear automatically. Just provide your information (name, email, and password). You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail promptly.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the link entitled “forgot your password”. Enter your email address and you’ll receive a temporary password in order to log in.

I would like to make changes to my account info

Once connected to your account, click on the tab “my settings” to access your personal information. You can directly modify them here.

I want to delete my account

Once connected to your account, click on the tab “my settings” in order to access your personal information. On the bottom of the page, click on the tab entitled “deactivate my account”. Confirm your choice in order to permanently delete all your personal information on the site.

Is my information safe?

Your information is automatically saved on our host server. Don’t worry, we wont misuse it or sell it to a third party. The information you give us simply serves as identification for your reservation.

I want to subscribe/ unsubscribe to your newsletter

To subscribe enter your email address into the field called “stay in touch” on the bottom left-hand corner of each page. You have the option to unsubscribe any time you receive a newsletter.
